Jessalyn is paving the way for practical regulation and operating models to fight global tax evasion in crypto, digital assets, and blockchain.

She is a strategy consultant for tax withholding and reporting of customer payments, serving innovators in digital payments, crypto, NFTs, digital assets, marketplace platforms, and emerging financial products.

She helps these payment providers and financial institutions address the unique challenges they face in emerging tax reporting regulations like US 1099s, DAC8, and CARF while also interfacing with competent authorities in the US, EU, and at OECD to influence reasonable tax reporting policy.

Leveraging her 17 years of experience in traditional financial institutions and fintech across Ireland, the Netherlands, and the US, Jessalyn identifies opportunities for her clients to create scalable product growth models, fit for purpose data and operating models, and low-friction customer experiences.

She aligns stakeholders from product, client support, brand, marketing, finance, tax, legal, and compliance to build or mature customer tax reporting operating models for her clients while mitigating financial and reputational risks. Jessalyn was previously a senior advisor with PwC and also led tax reporting implementations in-house at OppenheimerFunds and a top 10 global crypto exchange.
