Bio
As Head of Division “Prudential Domain Services”, Sertaç is responsible for the delivery and support of core systems for financial stability and supervision, supervisory statistics and European System Risk Board at the European Central Bank. He is also involved in several AI strategy and delivery streams within the ECB, ESSM and ESCB. Prior to joining the ECB he worked for Siemens, Deutsche Post DHL in managerial and delivery management positions.
He is very passionate about business IT transformation projects, embedding emerging technologies into business processes and fostering high value creating business-IT teams.
